Heuer develops and produces all bicycle hubs in its own factory in Aichschieß. The wheel hub is the center and thus the heart of the wheels. Our special care here lies in the precision-fit production of the bearing seats. The hub bodies are manufactured from solid material on modern CNC lathes and CNC milling machines in several machining steps. We almost completely eliminate internal stresses that remain in the material when manufactured from forgings or die-cast parts, for example.
We use only high-quality industrial bearings for our hubs. These are greased by us or according to our specifications. We attach particular importance to the correct and application-related sealing of the bearing. In this way, we guarantee a long service life with low-maintenance handling.

In this way, we make it onto the stage of international competitions. The World Paracycler Championships in Paris 2022 with Thomas Ulbricht and Robert Förstemann in tandem or the Track Champions League 2022 were our biggest events so far where we were able to support athletes.
In 2023, we are partnering with the Berlin Cycling Federation to re-establish a new edition of a stage race in Berlin. This event will return to the capital with the Tour de Berlin Feminin, featuring an international women's professional cycling race.
We actively advocate that the female and male classes are evaluated separately from each other and that the winner premiums in the female and male class are equal. After that, the premiums should be adjusted to the number of starters. We are convinced that the winner's bonus should not be evaluated or calculated solely on the basis of the number of starters in the race of the respective classes.
